Today was supposed to be a possible brew day, but unfortunately Brew Mom and myself dropped the ball on ordering our next kits, so all that is left to do… is bottle the peach wine. The peach wine has been sitting in the carboy for almost an eternity (ok, we started it the end of August last year). It needs to be bottled. Unfortunately I forgot to bring the bottle corker with me up to the Brew House, and instead of just letting the peach wine sit for some more extended periods of time… we’re going to try and bottle the wine… In beer bottles. Which is probably for the best, since I can’t imagine anyone drinking a lot of the peach wine at once. Small doses at a time of the peach wine is all anyone will be able to handle, I think. It is very sweet. Perhaps a desert wine?

Oh, and welcome to the blog and ladybrewers!
